Steven Wyman, from Kinmel Bay, has been promoted by Anwyl Homes to the position of Contracts Manager.
Steven, who was previously a site manager for Anwyl Homes, is now responsible for the construction team, including site managers and assistant site managers, labourers, forklift truck drivers, apprentices, sub-contractors and utility providers on a number of sites.
In his new role, Steven will oversee build at five of Anwyl’s residential developments in North Wales, including Tyddyn Bach in Llaingoch, Sychnant Pass in Conwy, Parc Aberkinsey in Rhyl, The Paddocks in Buckley and Parc Celyn In Abermorddu, managing the delivery of over 100 homes.
Steven’s key objectives will cover the build programme, build quality and build cost, as well as health and safety and customer service.
He is ultimately tasked with providing a quality product efficiently, safely and professionally, within set budgets and timescales agreed, as well as delivering a high standard of customer service.
Steven, aged 36, has enjoyed a successful career at Anwyl Homes, starting as a joiner in 2001. Over the years he has progressed to assistant site manager followed by site manager, gaining experience at various developments and winning three prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job awards and the much coveted NHBC Best Medium Builder in Wales award.
Commenting on his promotion, Steven says: “It has always been my aim to go as far as I can and achieve as much as possible in my career, and I have been able to do this continually at Anwyl Homes.
