Work begins on a new residential development in Hawarden

Anwyl Homes has commenced work on a new residential development of 41 homes on a five acre site just off Old Hall Road in Hawarden.

Formerly farmland, the stunning new build development will be known as Springdale Meadows and comprise an attractive mix of three, four and five bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, all with gardens and garages or allocated car parking places.

As part of the planning consent, Anwyl Homes has made a number of local community contributions.  A financial contribution of £235,000 will go towards local education in the area, and four affordable units will be built as part of the scheme which will be gifted to North East Wales Homes (also known as New Homes).
