Work has begun on a residential development of 120 homes on a nine-acre site in Rossmore, Ellesmere Port.
Anwyl Homes said it intends to transform the site to the north of Ellesmere Port town centre into a scheme called The Oaks, with a mix of two, three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.
Matthew Anwyl, housing managing director at the North Wales firm, said: “There is a strong demand for quality new build homes in Ellesmere Port and we’re delighted to be on site with a new development that will help to address this need.
“The Oaks will be popular with families, young professionals and commuters due to its excellent location just minutes away from junction 8 of the M53.”
The first properties have been released for sale and some reservations taken on phase one. Anwyl Homes is scheduled to have a show home available to view by November. There is a sales centre, located adjacent to the development opposite the M53 Ford Garage at Ideal Storage Units.
Prices start from £126,950.
