Flintshire-based Anwyl Homes has secured planning permission for a further phase of new build homes at its popular Parc St Mary’s development in Northop Hall.

Following an exceptional response to its first two phases, Anwyl Homes has confirmed that it will build an additional 25 high quality homes on a 1.9 acre piece of land that borders its existing development.

Renowned for the quality, style and internal specification of its properties, Anwyl Homes is one of the region’s leading residential developers and is committed to helping meet demand for quality new build homes across North Wales.

The new phase will appeal to a wide range of purchasers, including families, first time buyers, young professionals and those looking to downsize or upsize.

The development will comprise a mix of two three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached homes that have been thoughtfully designed with modern living in mind.  Beautifully appointed with individual features and characteristics, the homes have style, charm and character offering lovely views over the Welsh countryside.

Housing managing director, Mathew Anwyl, said: “We’re delighted to have secured permission for more homes at Parc St Mary’s.  Offering a delightful semi-rural lifestyle in the highly sought after village of Northop Hall, yet within easy reach of the A55 for commuting, it’s a superb location and one of the many reasons why the previous phases sold well.”

As part of the planning agreement, Anwyl Homes will make a number of Section 106 contributions that will be of direct benefit to the local community.  £73,876 will be donated to Hawarden High School to help with the cost of new hard standing for the games area and tennis courts, £27,500 will be provided to cover the cost of a multi-use games area at Llys Ben Recreation Ground and £46,250 towards off-site Great Crested Newt migration measures.

Construction is due to start on site in September which will coincide with the re-opening of the updated showhome and the first release of properties for sale.  Prices have yet to be confirmed.  For further information or to register your interest, please call 03300 244944 or visit www.anwylhomes.co.uk.
