We have reached our 1st birthday and what an incredible first 12 months of trading it has been for the team. Anwyl Land has exchanged contracts and agreed terms on 475 acres of land, which in turn, will provide almost 3,800 new and much needed homes. All of these sites are by way of Promotion Agreement and offer a geographical spread across England and North Wales.
Our first planning application for 80 new homes has been submitted in North East Derbyshire with other planning applications in Oxfordshire, Cheshire and Flintshire close to being lodged. Several other sites are being promoted via a Local Plan allocation, or longer term strategic promotion with planning to be submitted at the appropriate time. The sites we are promoting vary in scale from 55 homes, up to 1100 homes with a mix of uses.
