Anwyl Homes has commenced work on a new residential development of 123 homes on an 11 acre site on South Stack Road in Holyhead, Anglesey.

Formerly agricultural land, the stunning new build development will be known as Tyddyn Bach and comprise an attractive mix of two, three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, all with gardens and garages or allocated car parking spaces.

Anwyl Homes, one of the region’s leading residential developers, is committed to helping meet demand for quality new build homes across Wales and is renowned for the quality, style and internal specification of its properties.  Tyddyn Bach will appeal to homebuyers looking for a well built, low maintenance home that has been thoughtfully designed with modern living in mind.

A range of different house types will be available, including the three bedroom Tenby and popular four bedroom Beaumaris, both of which offer plenty of well-thought out living space over two floors.  Those looking for a detached family home will be impressed with the four bedroom Cardigan which boasts a fabulous open plan kitchen dining area, large separate living room with French doors to the garden and en suite bathroom to the master bedroom.

As part of the planning consent, Anwyl will be providing 20 affordable homes available through Cartrefi Conwy.  The current road layout will be improved as part of the development and Anwyl will also provide a new walkway into the park and bowling greens for pedestrians.

Housing Managing Director at Anwyl Homes, Mathew Anwyl, commented: “We’re excited to start work on another new development in North Wales and are delighted with the location of this scheme in Holyhead.  Close to the famous lighthouse and RSPB birdwatching cliffs at South Stack, the location is idyllic and there are lovely views towards the Irish Sea from certain plots.

“We will be offering an excellent mix of two, three and four bedroom homes at Tyddyn Bach and anticipate the development proving popular with a broad spectrum of buyers.”

Build is underway and Anwyl Homes is scheduled to have a sales presence at Tyddyn Bach from February and a showhome available to view from May.  Prices have yet to be released.  For more information or to register your interest, please call 03300 244944 or visit www.anwylhomes.co.uk.
